Mitch Buss
Mitch began his career in residential construction at just 13 years old, working alongside his father in the family framing business. Over the years, he developed a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of home construction, eventually launching his own framing company. For more than 30 years, Mitch's crews framed homes throughout Oklahoma, including numerous projects for Richardson Homes. His decades of hands-on experience and commitment to quality craftsmanship ultimately led him to become a home builder, continuing a lifelong passion for creating homes built to last.

Albert takes pride in every project he works on, treating each one as if it were his own. With over ten years of hands-on carpentry experience, he built a strong foundation in craftsmanship before carrying on his family's legacy and following his father into the home building industry. His dedication to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction continues to be a driving force behind every project.

Collyn Buss
Collyn began working for the family construction company at the age of 14. Much of his youth was spent on job sites, starting with cleanup, material organization, and learning the trade from the ground up. Through years of hard work and hands-on experience, he progressed to become the company's lead framer, helping oversee and construct homes across Oklahoma. When the family business evolved from a framing company into a full-service home building company, Collyn naturally transitioned into the role of builder. Today, he combines generations of family knowledge with modern building practices to help clients bring their vision to life while upholding the craftsmanship and values the company was founded on.

Carson Musgrave
Carson Musgrave serves as the Office Manager and Real Estate Broker for Mitch Buss Construction. With a passion for helping clients navigate the home buying and building process, she plays a vital role in ensuring every project runs smoothly from initial consultation to final completion. Carson oversees client communications, scheduling, contracts, and administrative operations while also providing valuable real estate expertise to assist clients in finding the perfect property or investment opportunity. Her attention to detail, dedication to customer service, and commitment to helping families achieve their goals make her an essential part of the Mitch Buss Construction team.
